We got a new member to the Arabites team and asked her to whip the boys.

Basically as the Arabites we have had super amazing meetings where everyone gets excited and agrees a bunch of stuff but then people have forgotten what was said in a meeting or there are delays and trying to put together so many aspects of Arabites as well as a full time job its kind of been difficult to always follow up with people or keep track of everyones tasks – enter Fatima! we have basically asked Fatima to come in and help with the organisation, tracking deadlines and following up with people to make sure things are done.
I think this is great because she isn’t afraid of the boys and noone can really refuse Fatima soooo looks like things are starting to move after formula 1 slowed us down a bit!
Expect a lot more from the Arabites team guys and our show.
P.s. looks like we are getting lots of support from some big names from accross the region – watch this space – oh and looks like we are deciding on a launch date soon for our first episode!
We are full steam ahead with final sketches, the problem that we have been facing is its Grand Prix season in Bahrain and our creative and very talented people are all getting involved, but that hasn’t stopped us from working extra hard….we will shortly be putting up a video on how YOU can get involved…. watch this space…
Well… as you can see i have changed the site… Muneer kept telling me do the website… do the video… do the script…do something amazing…. and go make the coffee…since i have done everything except the coffee.. i think im pretty amazing…. come to think of it… IM DOING ALL THE WORK!! I will take it up with him later…. for now…. im just rambling…coz its my first post….. Hopefully today… Muneer and I will be filming at the Race Zone festival (Opposite City Center) Tonight – 7pm – (25th Feb 2010) Be there if you wana get in on the action….. big love to you all.

This is quite amazing, we have not yet launched, our episodes are still quite secretive and nobody really knows all that much about what we are doing but we have already made our presence known on the internet.
Who would have thought a broke group of friends who only a couple of years ago had never done comedy would rally people from all over the place under just a concept of what we are doing!
